AW21 | SS22
Sweaty Betty
Intro
Throughout my two years at Sweaty Betty, my primary focus was on the lifestyle category, which included knitwear, all-in-ones, trousers, midlayers and tops. The core aim of this role was to create comfort-oriented, versatile products that seamlessly integrated with the activewear ranges, addressing the customer's needs not only during workouts but also in their daily lives.
For AW21 and SS22, our collections were shaped by two overarching themes. The first, Outdoor Pursuits, was designed for outdoor and active pursuits such as hiking, climbing, and running. The second theme, Homestudio, provided a more relaxed lifestyle experience, centering around dance, studio workouts, and lounging. Here are the lifestyle offerings from two collections representing both of these themes.

Homestudio
For homestudio, my primary focus was to design laid-back, lightweight layering pieces with adjustable details, all aimed at providing comfort and cosiness from the studio to home. The palette revolved around the abstract painterly print, applied across both the active and lifestyle pieces which drew inspiration from the flowing lines and forms of dance and movement.
Outdoor Pursuits
In outdoor pursuits, we embraced nature-inspired themes by incorporating earthy colours and textures that resonate with the great outdoors. Regarding lifestyle, my focus was on creating a variety of products that offered easy layering and interchangeability on the go, with a particular emphasis on co-ords and cosy knits.
